Gateway project is all about 4th dimension and the sheathing layers in between. This is back in the 80's, imagine what there is today.

4th dimensional cities do fully exist. Usually depending on the state of consciousness mire in 3rd dimension will determine how far above the 4th dimensional city is.

Due to the higher energies coming in and the natural ascension caused by this, most of the 4th dimensional cities are right above, or close to a direct overlay.

You know when it feels like someone walked through you , well they did in the 4th. You could be standing in their living room or be in a closet or on a street.

Lets hope that tummy churning feeling at night is just because where you lay to sleep could possibly be the same location as a toilet in the 4th dimension...:)
