A well is a "line" (pipe) that goes down into the ground and is connected to the drillings and fractured strata which emit gas. It generally carries gaseous gas.
For a well to "freeze" the entire system, easily a cubic mile or more for a large well, would have to be brought to at least 297 degrees F below zero so that all gaseous emissions were reduced to solid, unflowable form. This is impossible under current Earth conditions.

A gas line is also a pipe that runs on top of the ground. I carries gaseous or liquefied gas depending on application. For a gas line to "freeze" the atmospheric tempreture would have to go below 297 degrees F so that all methane would would be reduced to solid, unflowable form.

The well, a pipe, is connected to transmission lines at the well head for routing to destinations, some of which are power plants. Routing is accomplished by valves, sensors, pumps, etc a large part of which are remotely controlled. This means that routing equipment needs electricity, which is supplied by the grid. The grid fails under stress, the routing equipment looses power and the supply to power plants stops.

This is the frozen feed back loop that MSM is trying to obfuscate with the laughably ridiculous term "frozen well". But...MSM.

The Texas grid failure has nothing to do with silly "frozen wells".
