GETTING INCREASINGLY PISSED AT THE SYSTEM THAT I NEVER LIKED IN THE FIRST PLACE

Feck off and die rant to the system. If only the majority lived like us, where would it be?
Glad I've fought back from the beginning by not being status conscious (Which is very unpragmatic and a personal liability.), never having a credit/debit card, no mobile phone of any sort, no TV, I never listen to radio these days, go to movies or any other media event, only drive when I have no choice, staying landline for everything, buying only used cars (Thank the gods I have a mechanic buddy who can find one for me, fix it up, and sell it to me for at cost.), live in a rather nice what is considered a dump (Rented the cheapest place in town when we moved, and rent rarely goes up.), not having any crotch droppings, buying K-Mart, and now I'm buying my clothes used, excepting socks and skivvies, buying appliances used (EcoThrift ROCKS!), eat out maybe 4 times a year (Used to eat out almost every day when we lived in San Jose and I made a ton of money, though was lucky when I could get 4 hours sleep on a work night.), shop at all the cheap places (Grocery Outlet, Dollar Tree, some things are a bargain at Trader Joe's, and Spice Corner just lowered their prices on some items. There's also a fruit stand that varies in price, but they have the best quality in town.), and give the system as little as possible. If we don't need it, we don't get it.
Also, what's really cool; when people leave here, they leave things behind. We got several free fans, a nice hand cart, several good lamps, and just upgraded our chairs. Yes, we are scavengers, but hey! It's the pragmatic way to be some times. We can't starve the system completely, but we do give them famine rations.
