Finally someone did a video of it, even though they do a really shitty coverage of it, this is called electroportation, it has its links to Inovio, a great document was posted on RMN back no Jan 28, 2020 talking about this. I was able to copy/ paste it into my archives it will be posted below after the 5G document pictures.
The 5G Induction of Corona Virus via skin cells was originally placed on BIOLIFE S. A. S. website as seen in picture it was censored.

The area in which the outbreak occurred in Wuhan has a lab.
The Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory is the only lab in China designated for studying dangerous pathogens, which indicates a possible man made element. In other words, they can isolate cells and inject foreign cells into humans via vaccines.

I documented a company called InOvio about 4 years ago. This company were given the contract for the Corona vaccine recently.

Recently, a company called INOVIO has been given a $45 million contract by DARPA, the research arm of the Dept of Defence, to pursue Ebola vaccines and the methods of delivery. They were also given a $28 million grant by the N.I.H.

The company has been given awards for a new start up company, but, this company has a long history with links to government agencies, pioneers of DNA technology and many Pharmaceutical companies.Reported as being a new start up company.

ALARMING NEW RESEARCH IN GENETIC ENGINEERING
In the beginning, Dr Joseph Kim created a partnership with his University professor. Professor Weiner was a pioneer of genetically modified DNA. He was also heavily involved in HIV and is a pioneer.
(It should be noted that soon after Polio experimental vaccines were given to tens of millions in Africa, during the 50,s and 60s, coincides with when HIV first began.)
These researchers began in 2000 as VGX Pharmaceutical Inc manufacturing plasmid DNA. They had three failed trials in three years. They then worked with Advisys which was an animal lab. They used their new DNA technology for creating a synthetic Porcine growth hormone for Pigs.
This enabled them to increase the breeding age of pigs and was soon taken up by the farming industry.
Using PCV2 which is Porcine Circovirus, they are able to use their new technique called Electroporation for the first time, they were pioneers in the animal health division.
During this time, the swine flu vaccine patent was first filed, in 2005,which was not patented until 2009, just 5 months after this was patented, swine flu was being rolled out as the next pandemic.
(Many companies were involved and the WHO and other agencies proclaimed a full blown pandemic when none existed, Baxter were also fined for allowing the Swine flu virus to be contaminated within the vaccines.)
Dr Kim has openly stated that his company has many of his friends and colleagues on the scientific board and on the board of directors.
He was employed by Merck who paid for his PhD and now boasts having people such as the former President of Merck , Adel Mahmoud, on his board, Morton Collins, who served as technology policy adviser to President G.H.W Bush and former Senior Vice president of of Merck, Ford Hutchinson as a scientific adviser who is also a Wellcome trust adviser and was involved in many controversial drugs like Gardasil and Rotateq.
ROTATEQ AND ROTARIX
Rotateq was licensed in 2006 and found to contain both PCV1 and PVC2 and Rotarix which was manufactured by GSK in 2008 was found to contain PVC1.
Both of these vaccines were found to have contained PCV in 2010, years after they had been first given the go-ahead by the FDA. Both were also suspended when the evidence came to light only to be re-instated as safe two months later.
Curiously an online medical search engine called Medworm, which informs details of medical resources and data, published this information on the day that the FDA suspended the vaccines. The writer of that Information was Dr Joseph Kim.

The fact that this man had his PhD paid for by his friends at Merck, has serious implications to ethics.
At this point it should be noted that the FDA had failed to spot the pig DNA in the initial tests, but then, had also deemed it safe to carry on with this vaccine.
Where was the enquiry asking how pig DNA could find its way into vaccine that were supposed to be for diarrhoea?
Given that PCV2 is a post weaning multi system wasting disease which was an emerging diseases of swine/pigs, how could the FDA even know how safe it was?
Now how does pig virus magically turn up in a vaccine for diarrhoea?It doesn’t! It gets put there. And what is unbelievable is that even though both vaccines were suspended and it transpired that all the vaccines for 2 years had been contaminated, the FDA suspended them for a few months then let them carry on!
It cannot be denied that Kim was aware of this development, given that it was he, who informed the world of the FDA decision on the very day that the FDA announced this.
At this point, I would like to turn your attention to his partner, Dr Weiner. An advisor to GSK, Pfizer and other Pharma giants, he is also a special employee and advisor to the FDA and the NIH grant review process. (Did he influence the decision by the FDA to allow the contaminated vaccines to be used and classified as safe?)
Inovio were given a 28 million dollar grant by the NIH to develop its genetically modified DNA based monoclonal antibodies and its new process of electroporation.

IN 2006 VGX WERE PROVIDING HIV VACCINES IN AFRICA.
In 2008, VGX, which is also owned by Inovio, went into an arrangement to manufacture DNA plasmid for human use.
In 2009, Inovio filed a IND with FDA to start trials on humans with a DNA vaccine for H5N1.
Their lead drug for Swine flu was licensed in 2009.

In 2011 they were working with Homeland security on Foot and mouth disease.

This does not sound like a company that should be getting awards for a new start up company!
They were given the go ahead to produce not only the Ebola vaccines but also the new novel method to administer them.
ELECTROPORATION
This is a pulsed electrical current applied to local tissue to allow the cell to have holes in it to allow just enough synthetic DNA to enter, then the pulse stops and the cell closes, the problem here is that according to studies, a manuscript in Molecular therapy with references from 74 separate articles written in 2004, concludes that the use of gene transfer using electroporation should only be used with human antibodies because problems could arise from cancer to death.

We were informed via the mainstream media that the only way to test for Ebola was for those tests to be sent to UK/US labs,giving the power to inform the numbers of people infected, to the World Health Organisation and other Govt agencies in the West.

Step 1) poison the population purposely to create disease that does not and would never occur naturally
Step 2) parlay the purposely created disease as being caused by something invisible, outside the realm of control or knowledge of the average person
Step 3) create a toxic vaccine or medication that was always intended to further poison the population into an early grave
Step 4) parlay the vaccine or medication poisoning as PROOF the disease, which never existed, is much worse than anticipated
Step 5) increase the initial poisoning, which is marketed as a fake disease, and also increase the vaccine and medication poisoning, to start piling the bodies into the stratosphere
Step 6) repeat as many times as possible upon an uninformed population because killing a population this way (the art of having people line up to kill themselves with poison……known as a “soft kill” method) is the only legal way to make sure such eugenic operations can be executed on mass and in plain sight.

JUST IN TIME FOR 2020!
In Dec 2018, a new ‘not for profit’ organisation was created with a £66m investment called Vaccine Manufacturing and Innovation Centre UK Ltd (VMIC). Costing 66 million and reportedly ready at the end of 2012.
This organisation was registered by Professor Adrian Hill of the University of Oxford Department of Healthcare Science.
In 2014 his group led the first clinical trial of an Ebola virus vaccine targeting the outbreak of Ebola in West Africa.

The application is granted on the 20th November 2019 and the first case is claimed to occur on the 31st December 2019.
The coronavirus may be used as a vaccine for treating and/or preventing a disease, such as infectious bronchitis, in a subject’.
And the list of countries that are designated contracting states.
So why have all these countries recently as of November 20th 2019, all agreed to a contract for the coronavirus, (take into account the fact that the corona virus is built as a vaccine against bronchitis) and why has it been claimed in the media that the vaccine was created in two hours by InOvio?
Pirbright Institute has a list of stakeholders and shareholders who include veterinary vaccine manufacturers and other alphabet agencies including World Health Animal health. The director, Professor Bryan Charleston is also an animal practise professional.
It is clear that this vaccine was created in a lab in the UK some 6 years ago!

The surname “corona” refers to in all cases developed laboratories and patented vaccine viruses. “Spontaneous mutations” are not patented.
CEPI Involvement
According to reports, Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations has granted Inovio, 9 million dollars to advance a vaccine for corona.
Previously, Inovio were advanced 56 million dollars to advance vaccines against Lassa fever and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome.
So who are CEPI?
They call themselves a ‘global solution to a global problem’ and the members are all of the usual culprits involved in past ‘money making, fear induced false pandemics.’

Global Alliance for vaccines and immunisations,
GAVI to which the UK Govt is one of the biggest donors, has on its governing board, many pharma industry representatives, this group sets the price for vaccines, stimulates needs and using public money and money from “donors” is highly involved in the vaccine process.
The pharma industry sell vaccines to other countries, which is paid for by GAVI. The pharma companies can then collect that money back from a special fund called the Advance Market Commitment. So they can set the price of vaccines involving the same companies that stand to profit, a clear example of conflicts of interest.
Global health organisations like this are complicit in ensuring corporate welfare at the expense of the public and the public’s health!

On 30th January 2019, the WHO declared the corona virus to be international public health emergency.
In 2009, Professor Chossudovsky, a former employee of WHO,exposed the corruption of the WHO during the H1N1 flu campaign, he disclosed that WHO is a political body and NOT a health organisation.
Countries that are members are obligated under treaty to instigate policy on a national level.
He revealed that the data to support the decision to to call for a pandemic was fabricated by WHO.

Great article. I have spent 2 years writing about the dangers of 5G. Little did I realize that 5G is like an iceberg where we only see what is on the surface. In this time I have sometimes felt like I was going through the “Looking Glass” finding linkages with the worlds Elites (Rothschild’s, Rockefellers), to 5G’s capability of activating viruses within vaccines . . . on and on.
Before my writings on 5G I spent 30 years writing about Cannabis and Drug Policy. I was also an activist that understood the solution was simple and straightforward. Just allow adults to grow their own Cannabis.
From my study of 5G I also think the solutions are simple and straightforward.
* Tear down all 5G antennas.
* Remove all Smart Meters (water, gas and electric).
* Stop all forms of Geoengineering.
Before the first global protest against 5G I culled all the emails, from the protesting groups and sent them a message basically saying.
1) You should never have a protest without making specific demands (see above).
Oddly the website that was organizing the event cried foul. “Stop posting to our group.” People like Clair Edwards was previously suspicious that the organizing group may be compromised as many of their leaders were also involved with the Climate Change Movement — which is heavily financed by those pushing 5G. She may be right. She may be wrong.
I have been an activist all of my life. I like simple solutions that achieve the required goals. I don’t want to spend one unnecessary hour solving this problem. I was right about Cannabis. I’m quite sure these 3 actions, I just described, will achieve the required goals for the Stop5G movement. It is up to all of us to push this 3-Step agenda forward. People, animals, plants, insects and our ecosystem are already being impacted by 5G EMF Radiation. So while we do need to continue our investigation into 5G, the solution to the problem is rather obvious. It is time that we demand these 3 things be done. We must challenge the media, the presidential candidates and everyone one else behind the 5G rollout. Our voices must be heard. Our recommendations must be implemented.
I would also ask our global elites to consider what JFK said so many years ago. It still rings true.

Sadly, the way the truth is kept hidden and fractured, too many well meaning scientists buy in to the belief that vaccines are necessary and that those who question vaccines are simply ignorant. I have several family members who have been indoctrinated into the system and I see the “scientific priesthood” mindset that has set in. So sad. These are smart individuals who believe the university/corporate/government lies and agendas and think of those of us who are truly awake to the reality of the situation as being uninformed and requiring education. Sadly, it is those who are “educated” who require deprogramming and true education.
