In the preceding post I wrote that "It must be remembered that any and all law enforcement and judicial that does not police itself is criminal. So, pretty much all law enforcement and judicial is criminal."
Here is a small example.
The lawful speed limit in Texas is "reasonable and prudent under the circumstances then existing".
There are recommended speeds, but there are no absolute speeds.
https://casetext.com/statute/texas-codes/transportation-code/title-7-vehicles-and-traffic/subtitle-c-rules-of-the-road/chapter-545-operation-and-movement-of-vehicles/subchapter-h-speed-restrictions/section-545351-maximum-speed-requirement
https://www.lelandlaw.net/blog/understanding-texas-speeding-laws-to-avoid-a-reckless-driving-charge/
https://dallasattorney.com/blog/no-speed-limits-in-texas/
However, when you get to the Texas government website you get this lie. "Texas speed limits are the law and they are strictly enforced across the state."
At https://www.txdot.gov/safety/driving-laws/speed-limits.html
It's a safe bet that every member of the Texas legislature, every governor, every outlaw on the Texas supreme court, every traffic court administrator (judge), every member of every "law" enforcement agency, every city government, etc. knows that "reasonable and prudent under the circumstances then existing" is the actual law and that enforcement of speed limit as if it were law without regard to "reasonable and prudent..." is criminal action under color of law.
None of those listed above would dare disturb a single feather on this goose of the golden eggs. Neither will any who are newly elected or appointed.
On this -one- issue alone all levels of Texas government, judicial and law enforcement is provably criminal as they will not police themselves.
The list of issues for Texas and nation wide is very long.
It's really difficult to imagine any light at the end of this tunnel.
