Has Trump gone insane, or is it just has rabid Zionism getting the best of him?

Maybe the question is moot, since Zionism is a disease that leads to insanity.

At the same time that Trump is supposed to be negotiating with Putin for peace in Ukraine, I see headlines such as this, today, from George Eaton's news update:

"Trump says every shot fired by the Houthis will be looked upon as being fired from Iran"

"JUST IN - Trump threatens Iran for any further Houthi attack."

"U.S. WARNED IRAQ OF IRAN STRIKE UNDER TRUMP"

"Iranian media is reporting that at least 4 Iranian missile ships have crossed the Strait of Hormuz, with protection from the IRGC navy"

"Trump orders sending 35 warships and 1,750 US Marines to the Middle East"

"Iran’s armed forces remain on high alert, prepared for “full-scale defense and a severe counterattack” against enemy interests in the Middle East, Iran’s Nournews said."

And finally, from White House spokeswoman Caroline Labate: "The Israeli attacks were coordinated with us, the gates of hell are about to open, and President Trump is unafraid to defend our ally and friend, Israel!"

So is she referring to the Israeli bombing of displaced Palestinians living in tents on the streets of Gaza that were set ablaze last night? I can see no other point of reference, and this is certainly a new one, on us.

Is Trump's blind ego riding so high that he is unaware of what Iran can do?

If he is relying on the same intelligence sources that completely mischaracterized the back and forth attacks between Israel and Iran, last year, he may be in for a surprise.

If you listen to what Scott Ritter has said about Iran's capabilities, or what Professor Mohammad Marandi, from Iran, has said about Iran's years of preparation for an attack by the United States, Trump, and the US military could be in for a violent awakening.

In it's first attack on Israel for the killing of one of it's generals, Iran sent over a volley of mostly drones and rockets that were not meant to do much if any damage, but just show Israel that they could be reached. The second strike, however, was a bit different, since it included a couple of ballistic missiles with multiple warheads that were unstoppable and reached their targets with devastating force. Israel then tried to retaliate but quickly backed off.

Our aircraft carrier groups may be able to shoot down all the missiles the Houthis throw at them, as their recent attack on the Harry S. Truman carrier group has shown, but Iran has had missiles specifically designed for taking out ships for quite some time. Also, all of our bases in the area have probably already been target for destruction, as has much of Israel, as soon as our bombs begin to fall on Iran. And Israel could be completely destroyed if we continue to play this game of chicken with a pretty sophisticated power that also is a strategic partner with Russia.

Will Russia join the fight?

I think that is unlikely unless rather than licking his wounds and backing off after sustaining quite a bit of damage, Trump goes all out in retaliation against Iran, thereby inviting the Russians in.

Zionism is a disease similar Trump Derangement Syndrome. Trump has it bad, and I hope that because of his illness, it doesn't end badly for all of us.
