imvho... (in my very humble opinion)... The Library, Book of life or whatever you want to call it is more of a holodeck full of past history or future potential. All yo have to do is program in the right 'thoughts' to access what you want. Or pose it as a question to have it show you, in a holographic way, your answer... Make sense?? ??

Akasha is a Sanskrit word that means sky or aether.. Now .. is that from a space ship floating above us like the mythical Black knight or is it an inter-dimensional place where only spirit can go???? Don't know.. Maybe the Moon or another planet? Possibly just in another dimension...

Since the kingdom is within could the Akashic records be within us all ?? Ready to be accessed at any time within??? Kind of like when you open up your computer and access the online web... Everything is available on the web (nearly everything) and yet we access it via our own private portals or interfaces .. We download everything we need this way.. So is it like some massive computer based system???
