and what it might mean

It was a news article on Jan.23/17
and my first reaction(thought) was
Truth is stranger than fiction
Omen and myths came to mind

Raven rips up parking ticket in Yellowknife

A raven was caught on video plucking a parking ticket off the windshield of a car in downtown Yellowknife on Thursday, and the videographer says she saw the bird "shred it."

It's unclear if the raven was disputing the ticket or just hungry.

the person who got the ticket
is still responsible for paying the ticket

how weird is that?
