So far Trump has shut down refugees coming from the coup gov. of Ukraine - Telling them they need to stop bombing the E. Ukraine people. That is a start, and a first step. I hope he will recall the US troops that were there training the coup Gov. that Obama sent over there and get them out of harms way.
It is heating up in Ukraine, and everyone is wondering what stance Trump is going to take. So far he has sided for peace against the globalist installed gov. in Ukraine.
The experts are saying that this escalation of fighting was done to draw in NATO and the US, but so far it has not worked. Putin has responded to this massing of troops and thousands of mortars fired against E. Ukraine with a measured amount of volunteer forces to help the freedom fighters. He does have over 100,000 troops on his side of the border in Russia ready to go into action if the war goes badly. So far the fighting has been limited to a variety of cannon fire and small ground skirmishes, with limited use of tanks.
As the coup government of Ukraine advanced on the defensive positions of E. Ukraine, the freedom fighters decided not to wait and be destroyed, but instead try a counter offensive with small groups of soldiers with small arms. Two groups of 25 soldiers each made an incursion into Ukrainian territory for a short period of time. These kind of actions are taking place in several location along the war front. Up until last week the commanders of E. Ukraine had a policy of no offensive warfare against Ukraine, but to stay back and not even fire back at the enemy.
Once Poroshenko amassed over 30,000 troops in one particular area and fired thousands of mortars into E. Ukraine - the fighting protocol changed.
The Ukrainians call the fighters in E. Ukraine "proxy Russian forces". This is only partially true. Putin has maintained a measured response to what the coup government in Ukraine has been doing. This war has been going on for 2 years now with over 5,000 dead.
This war was the outcome of George Soros funding the protests in Kiev and overthrowing the elected leader of Ukraine who fled to Russia. The non governmental organization(NGO) that billionaire Soros set up spent over $2 billion to get the protests started and overthrow that government. This was done by the support of the Obama administration and the CIA, and by the globalists that wanted to advance NATO missiles into Ukraine to preposition troops for a war against Russia. There is also a proven agenda to acquire the oil and gas reserves in that region of Europe for profit. The EU, NATO, and Obama conspired to start this war against Russia even though Russia has made no aggressive moves against anyone. Towards the end of Obamas administration he sent thousands of US troops to eastern Europe from Northern Norway, Poland, Germany - clear to the small country of Moldova which borders on Ukraine. This was done apparently to preposition troops and tanks to be ready once the fuse was lit for war. In response to this unwarranted aggression by NATO, Russia activated over 130,000 troops on their side of the border all a long the eastern front, and sent in mobile missile launchers. This was being done while the war in Syria and Iraq was winding down and ISIS was on the run.
Fortunately the policy differences between Obama and Trump were starting to take hold, as Trump started to help Russia bomb ISIS terrorists. The next big question everyone had was, what will Trump do in regard to the Ukraine war? These military actions by Ukraine took place before the US even had a defense secretary and secretary of state approved by Congress. This was a strategic move by the globalists to take advantage of the changing of the guard and light the fuse in Ukraine. The coup government of Ukraine has released daily war front press releases, in English, as a form of propaganda to garner sympathy for their cause from NATO and the US. It is unknown how many US/NATO troops we have in Ukraine as "advisors", but the number could be anywhere from 25 to 200 or more. During the last few months of the war in Syria Obama had placed apx. 250 special forces soldiers with ISIS in Syria. Once Aleppo was surrounded and liberated by the Syrian army with the help of the Russians, 230 US soldiers were captured and returned "quietly" back to US bases in the Middle East.
Towards the end of the Obama regime those special forces teams had contacted Rush Limbaugh expressing their anger at being sent into Syria on the side of ISIS, but as soldiers were compelled to follow orders. The same thing has taken place secretly in Ukraine. The globalists were hoping that any lose of life of NATO soldiers would draw sympathy from the public in Europe and especially the US to ramp up the war in that region. So far that has not happened. The recent trip of Ukraine president Poroshenko to Germany was made to gain support of the Germans, but that state visit failed to get any financial help. The main stream media covers this story from the point of view of the globalists and the "poor" Ukrainians that are fighting a war against "rebels" in the east that are helped by an 'invading" Russian army. It is so far from the truth that to see those reports ends up being comical.
At this time no one knows exactly what position Trump will take. But so far he has refused to get on the band wagon of war against Russia, and that at least is a positive sign.
