There is no such thing or danger in being too ALKALINE. Because the body robs calcium and all other minerals from your bones, jaws and teeth and cells in your muscles to keep it in balance.

So, to remove every toxin and poison put into our foods, water, vaccines, medicines, land, sea, air, food animals, and all the creatures that we eat that have also been poisoned, we need to keep our PH level high until our excrement is always GREEN.
Everyone should maintain green stools. this is easily done by increasing the alkaline foods to a point where you eat 90% alkaline foods and 10% of natural acid foods. But do not eat acid junk foods as they will keep you sick and you will not have any health recovery at all.

Pay attention to these markings:
(-) Means eat as little as possible if above 7.4 or avoid completely if you are below 7.4 (These foods must be avoided if you are sick).
(x) Avoid completely, extremely bad for your health (These foods must be avoided if you are sick).
(+) Means eat as much as you want, extremely good to maintain your high readings
(E) Means extremely good for you-eat as much as possible-high nutrient level
(n) Means that the food is a naturally acidic food made by Mother Nature. Eat according to your PH readings. (These foods must be avoided if you are sick).
(Numbers) for example: (45) indicates the food as a Glycemic Index (GI) of 45. Select alkaline foods with an index less than 60.
Intake of naturally acidic foods are healthy if taken in moderation, and in balanced with your PH. Choose the naturally acidic foods with the lowest GI.
Neutral foods are not classed here, because a neutral food will go with the flow of your readings. If you are acidic they will become acidic. If you are very alkaline they won’t affect you at all.
The darker the color of vegetables, the higher the PH readings will be and the lower the GI reading. The less heat in cooking the more nutrients you will recover and absorb.
Foods without a mark - if Alkaline-they are completely safe to eat. If Acidic, they are completely safe if eaten in small amounts such as 20 percent or less.
If you eat these alkaline foods in their RAW state, the body recovers from illnesses a lot better, because the nutrients are not destroyed by heat. The increase of pure natural nutrients are needed to start, or kick-start your body back to health.

Why Meat is More Acidic and Poisonous than ever
The toxins and poisons that our food animals eat, goes into our cells and stays there. We consume every pathogen, drug, and contaminants consumed by the animals we eat. Food animals used to eat what grew naturally in the right PH level as Mother Nature intended, but the animals we now eat are feeding back to us what socialists and sociopaths gave them to eat: Arsenic, excrement from any and all animals are fed back to them, diseased animals, worms, toxins, genetically mutated oils, poisons, dioxins and PCBs, antibiotic-resistant bacteria, processed feathers or feather meal, growth hormones, poultry litter--floor wastes from coops, including chicken feces. Pesticides, roxarsone (3-Nitro), human and animal antibiotics, toxic and poisonous waters in contaminated fish and shrimp farms, herbicides, food colorings, cardboard, sawdust, contaminated dirt and plastic pellets for roughage, feather meal, contaminated animal feed or animal-feed ingredients, salmonella, food additives, etc., the list of highly acidic toxins and poisons is endless and growing.
Food animals have 1000 kinds of microscopic blood parasites in them. They are NOT removed or killed, and NOT required to be removed or killed by the socialist FDA; and we in turn, consume them when we eat meat that is not almost burnt dry.

The reasons for your illnesses are in this order:
First you become acidic by the way you eat and live (Every thing you put on your skin, every thing you eat, or drink or breathe in, effects your body’s chemistry and the alkaline-acid balance) and then
(2) you become deficient in nutrients and oxygen levels, then
(3) you have a lowered immune system, and can easily accumulate
(4) or get infected with parasites, viruses and/or harmful bacteria or toxic chemicals etc., and then
(5) you get sick with symptoms that warn you of a more serious illness coming.
(6) Symptoms are only warnings of present problems that will become more serious eventually and cause you serious harm or death.

Buy a PH Litmus Paper Test Kit
1. Do the PH testing the first thing in the morning, before even brushing your teeth, or washing out the mouth. If testing is done later in the day, allow 2 to 3 hours minimum without having anything in your mouth prior to doing a PH test for the most accurate reading. But the longer time between meals or liquids ensures an even more accurate reading.
2. Swallow the saliva in your mouth, re-salivate your mouth again by sucking from below your tongue. Repeat twice.
3. Apply saliva to a small one inch strip of PH litmus paper, wait 20 seconds and then compare the color on PH chart. The litmus paper will turn a particular color indicating your PH level. Yellow to pale green is acidic, and dark green to deep blue would indicate an alkaline level.
Eat more Alkaline foods to bring up your reading to minimum of 7.4 and above.
If you eat naturally acidic foods, your reading will go down slowly and safely, but if you eat (un-naturally acidic) dead junk foods your reading will drop and so will your health.
The Alkaline Acid Balance Diet—If used by its self, it can make the body absorb nutrients better, and start the healing of many illnesses, but if used after you have done a reversal of the five causes of illness, it will not only rebalance the PH of the entire body, but it will readjust the system to regenerate cells with greater oxygen, and helps the system to recover from nearly all illnesses. It increases the oxygen level of the blood, helping the body kill microscopic blood parasites as well as expulsing worm parasites.
The high oxygen level also helps the body fight cancer cells and kill and/or expulse parasites.
The high alkaline acid balance also helps the body kill bacteria, and viruses. They can’t live with too much oxygen.
Why do we detoxify before we do the PH Diet?
Re-balancing the PH of dirty blood or toxic blood, will not help it easily to keep the balance for the long term, the toxins will bring down the PH causing re-intoxification all over again. This again is where all other therapies have failed. Permanent Illness recovery with toxic blood is NOT possible.
The toxins from parasites, chemicals, poisons, allergens, etc. and etc. will also affect the long term results of the blood and can bring down the delicate balance of the blood’s PH.
A blood pH level of 6.9, which is only slightly acidic, can induce coma and death. The normal blood PH (potential Hydrogen) range is tightly regulated between 7.35 and 7.45. Going too high or too low (below 7.1 or above 7.9) is certain death.
Your saliva and Urine levels can fluctuate according to what foods you eat, to very high and very low ranges, without causing your death. But once your blood PH is affected --you die.
Once the body and blood is completely clean, and food based nutrients are introduced to speed healing, the body has a recovery rate or capacity or ability never before seen in modern times.
Fact: If your body's PH is not balanced, you cannot effectively assimilate vitamins, minerals and food supplements. Also, mucus and a clogged and caked-on intestinal track on the small intestine can block your body from vitamin and mineral absorption.
It is vitally important that there is a proper ratio between acid and alkaline foods in the diet of a healthy person. The natural ratio in a normal healthy body is approximately 4 to 1 - four parts alkaline to one part acid, or 80% to 20%. When such a perfect balance is maintained, the body has a strong resistance against disease. In the healing of disease, when the patient is very ill, the higher the ratio of alkaline elements in the diet, the faster will be the recovery.
Self-health recoveries are possible when you reverse or eliminate the five causes of illnesses along with proper selection of PH Foods and use of food based vitamins.
