From my personal experience with my chakras, endocrine glands, Kundalini, DNA and Ascension, I would give a VERY firm caution to any person seeking those achievements. I have not found any book, or any article on the internet explaining what those subjects feel like when they occur.

From my personal experience with them, I would have definently waited if I knew how what was going to happen to myself. I cannot explain very well, exactly how it feels... This is only a caution. DO NOT seek these achievement until you know your are ready and have the knowledge do to so.

They way it feels was not/is not very fun or exciting (for me). It is very fearful stuff when it occurs. Before you want to experience them, make sure to have the knowledge and be 100% sure you are ready.

A brief explaination on how it feels would be pressure. You'll feel a pressure (energy) moving up your spine (chakras) and your nervous system will start to change. You will feel your pineal gland "growing" in size and energy. Once you start to experience this the experience will happen more often after than the last. When your pineal gland opens it will feel like the pressure (energy) is going out of your crown chakra. This may feel different for some people.

Do not have fear. Only make sure you are truly ready for the experiences, which I was/am not. And make sure you read books or articles expaining how it feels.

How are some tips to stay grounded;

1. Your Intention.
This is/was probably the most useful thing I could do to stay grounded. Say, with intent: "I intent to clam down!"

2. Sip Water.
Taking small sips of water while you are claiming yourself down helps.

3. Eat Bread.
Eat a piece of bread slowly also helps.

4. Fidget Around.
Just holding and moving the water bottle around in your hands helps.

5. Your Thoughts.
You can literaly think yourself into a panic attack. Which I've done.. Make sure you are not thinking about something you do not want! You can't think: "I don't want this to happen". It doesn't work like that, you have to think about what you do want. Not what you don't want.

These tips don't have a lot of information to them, but they did/do help me a lot!
