As I read this fine Poetry, I'm reminded of the Old Crosby, Still, Nash and Young song.. Well, that the chorus refrain from Bad Companies, "Don't you know that you are a shooting star.. Don't you know.. Don't you know.." There is a reason they call them 'Rock(carbon)Stars' ... and Thanks E, for remembering to re-member...
I've also had the refrain from Hairs, "Good Morning Starshine, The Earth says Hello" running through my brain for months.. ?!?!?!
OHH The concert days!
Well, then can I roam beside you?
I have come to lose the smog,
And I feel myself a cog in somethin' turning
And maybe it's the time of year
Yes and maybe it's the time of man
And I don't know who I am
But life is for learning
We are stardust, we are golden
We are billion year old carbon
And we got to get ourselves back to the garden
Trembles....On the wind. ..of the tide
: The resounding wave of the galaxy.
: Freinds met again, serious choices.
: Funny, negotiating lives.
: Where the hell am I going to leave my cat when I;m out of
: I resonate like I my feet can't touch the ground.
: It's really fucking nice to know that I think maybe this path
: I've been on and
: Am I fucked again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
: Trust no one.
: The sad, fucking story of humanity.
: As I rise from my alcohol induced slumber,
: a glimpse,of the beauty of all that is
: and was...
: I cry unto the heart and mother earth embraces me.
: I fly to my star, my refuge.
: Call to all of my kind,Our cry resounds through the worlds we
: Somehow, In that cry the echo collapses worlds and we die.
: Crushed I am.
: I thought winning once in this world was enough.
: Apparently not.
: Smoke another cigarette. Remember to forget.
: I'm tired of remembering to forget.
: As I wallowed, a light appeared,
: in my heart. It's a star. IN MY HEART.
: I CAN'T CHANGE IT.
: In my darkest hour, my chest explodes with light.
: I'll let you know how it goes.
