The HUD letter below is a masterful attempt at 'shrinking' the issue, and actually 'lying'.

1. HUD does not address 'Phony Tenant' charges or 'Wells Fargo' Scam.

2. HUD says it has nothing to do with Coronado Springs, though
HUD letters are issued regularly by Coronado Springs.

3. HUD never forwarded the evidence to the State Agency responsible for oversight. They made a phone call and edited my claims orally.

Our office received your certified letter sent on November 7, 2017, that included two letters that you sent to Coronado Springs Apartments management and one letter addressed to FPI Management. We also received your FedEx packet that was sent on December 5, 2017 with your letter, a Disposition of Security Deposit, a Notice of Small Claim and Hearing Date, and your Testimony. You stated your concerns regarding a maintenance request and a security deposit for Coronado Springs Apartments in Seattle, WA.

Our office is sympathetic to your concerns and would like to help you connect with the correct department regarding your issues. Based on our review of your correspondence, Coronado Springs Apartments is part of the Low-income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) program, a program run by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC). The
U.S. Depariment of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) does not have jurisdiction over this project.

Our office called Ms. Lanakay Lipp, who is the Senior Portfolio Analyst for WSHFC that monitors Coronado Springs Apartments. Ms. Lipp reached out to Irene Boe, HCCP Compliance Specialist for FPI Management. Ms. Lipp wrote that it appears that FPI has made all reasonable attempts to address your concerns, as it appears that your security deposit issue has been resolved, and you are impeding any further action on your window request. 3. Here is Coronado Springs using HUD lingo in an internal document. Who is the fraud? HUD? Apt Landlord? Both?

10 - DAY NOTICE TO COMPLY WITH LEASE OR QUIT PREMISES (AFFORDABLE/SECTION 8)
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED to perform and comply with the conditions of your rental agreement for the premises in the following particulars:

You have violated the following rental agreement provisions/rules and regulations:
COMMUNITY POLICIES - QUIET HOURS

Your Tenancy,will terminate on _______.
Within ten (10) days of receipt of this notice you must either comply with the particulars itemized above or else quit the above described premises and surrender possession.
If you fail to comply with your rental agreement or do not vacate the premises within ten (10) days, judicial proceedings may be instituted for your eviction.
Under applicable HUD Regulations you are hereby notified of your legal rights as follows:
1. You have the right to defend this action in a court of law.

If you vacate the premises but the term of your rental agreement has not expired, you will also be liable for rent for the balance of the rental term and other costs as provided by law.
If the lease violation(s) detailed herin is/are the result of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault or stalking, we want to insure that you understand your protections under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). VAWA protections are not only available to wo,;,en, but are available equally to all individuals regardless of sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation. HUD's Notice of Occupancy Rights under VAWA (form HUD-15380) and HUD's Certification of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault or Stalking and Alternate Documentation (form HUD-5382) are attached to this notice. If this is applicable to you and you wish to exercise your rights under VAWA, you may do so by completing and submitting the
