Jural Assembly Part 5

If you've waded through the first four and still here, you must be serious. Whether 'for' or 'against' remains to be seen. And that, of course, is up to you.

Those with whom you may begin to associate certainly value their privacy too, so it will take a bit of doing to come out of YOUR shell.

Speaking of shells, in a nut-shell, the jural assembly is a group of (in this case) Americans who chose to come together for the purpose of recapturing the freedom our founders declared for us and George Washington managed to defeat the British during that Revolutionary War. The Brits came back for more, they got more, and found that an all night bombardment near Baltimore Harbor in 1803 couldn't knock down the Flag flying over Fort McHenry.

The jural assembly was the basis for governing the newly created states of America. All thirteen of them. They all functioned under common law. That's the law that continued to exist until the influence of money and power created another version of law at first specifically for commerce and trade and bringing more emphasis to corporations.

Ever so slowly, during the hundred years leading up to the Franklin Delano Roosevelt administration, those with the money infiltrated the halls of Congress, subtly 'adjusting' some laws to de-emphasize the rights of the People in favor of creating new 'rights' for corporations.

So, many of the rights due us as Americans began to be watered down, if not down right ignored. All that to favor corporate rights. As human beings we are NOT a corporation.

Corporations began to replace us, as governments became incorporated, providing some insulation from We The People. And managed to persuade a lot of people that all this was good, and to be favored and even celebrated.

This was further enabled by removing education from real oversight by parents to then be 'influenced' (actually taught) by 'government.' Oh yes, parents were given lip service, but the rate of change of the students understanding of our history continued to creep along at an ever increasing rate. All that to influence the new voter-to-be to accept - and then apply - what they were being taught as that some kind of gospel.

You see, Independence is what we fought for 12 score years ago. And achieved. Even then, We The People were not unanimous but did become ever more aware what that really meant during the next several years.
