Really?! I think that must have been before I found RMN - unreal that they would cut you off because of a non-controversial medical info post! I don't think I've heard of anything like that before.

Back to Red Ice ... somewhat ironically, I found that site by chance about 10 years ago because of a video of the surface of the sun that was maybe related to an electric universe article and, like yourself, I've found a lot of other unusual articles there. She gives a great demo of the canning process, but I've always avoided pectin ... and wondered about it. I've been well enough to pick berries the last 2 or 3 years, and right now I have about 8 kilos of frozen strawberries, and maybe 5 or 6 of frozen raspberries. Some of the raspberries are frozen pre-prepared to be made into raspberry ice-cream. I use a lot of fruit in my daily supplement-filled smoothy.

And on another topic, I've tried to resize some pics so that I can upload them, but I am having a lot of trouble getting it down to an acceptable number of bytes - even after consulting the photo tech support at Apple. Does anyone here have any ideas? I bet that smart phone pics are always the right size!
