Can that be independently be verified by an independence source?
Do you have access to the raw data to be independently examined?

Can the so called spherical charge be independently verified by a source also not tied to governments or the people that control governments?

What repeatable experiments have been done to prove an electro-static-magnetic field holds on to gasses in a vacuum?

Everything in your post rests on a belief system.
You are putting your trust in authority figures only because they (most unnamed) claim to be authorities.

A belief is not a knowing.

I do not have to prove my views and observations are the correct ones.

I just find it increasingly easy see that many of the things I have been told about the nature of things have major errors. Unfortunately it is difficult to convince people to overcome the fallacy of confirmation bias.
