Just a few quick observations concerning the Amazon plane crash. I live a few miles away and have some familiarity with Trinity Bay.

It appears to have crashed in a shallow swampy area on the edge of the bay and not in the bay proper. The water is about two feet deep and less. That is why you see all of the air boats in the pictures. Out boards have to churn mud to get to site.

Odd that a huge plane leaves only a tiny debris field in almost no water and right beside a swamp island. Inertially speaking, water and mud are about as hard as concrete as two hundred plus miles per hour. At nose down attitude most of the wreckage should piled in clear sight. Its not.

Yeah, its odd.
