That sounds really, really good, minus the cilantro. I don't mind a tiny bit in something cooked or all chopped up together but it's not my fav .. Now the guacamole and scrambled eggs sounds tasty.

Mine was much plainer. Just A baked red with sea salt, cracked pepper and butter. I looked for some chopped chives or green onions, from my garden, in the freezer. I found the last of the green onions in there but threw them away. They just looked all dried out and freezer burned.. Oh well, it's almost spring..
