Barbara O'Neill shares a lot of simple and extremely effective treatments for everything from a heart attack to splinters. I first learned of Cayenne's magic while cooking with friends; someone cut her finger, and another grabbed the cayenne and dumped it on. I now do this whenever I cut my myself - it doesn't hurt at all, and stops the bleeding. I was taking cayenne internally for my weak heart, but stopped when my eyesight became too poor to make the capsules (from restaurant-sized bags of spice). I will be making more today to add to my current supplements ... or maybe I'll just add it to my daily supplement smoothie! :-)

I ordered some charcoal recently, and was very happy to learn more about how to use it.

I've found that I can only buy expensive capsules of cayenne or charcoal at health food stores, but you can also buy cheap capsules and a tool to make your own for a much lower cost.
