The first ten (organic) amendments can be accurately summed as right to defense of self and others.

This right applies across the entire spectrum of fauna and flora as well as man.

Your list of things that the organic amendments are not is entirely correct.

I would add that they are not magical or mysterious things that automatically prevail in your defense. They must be wielded as any weapon must be or else they are words on paper. They do not work, they must be worked. You have to save yourself.

The other side.

Whereas this-these rights are in fact universal they necessarily apply to the wolf as much as they apply to the sheep should the sheep take effective offensive posture against the wolf. This is legitimate.

The Court of Law was left to starve to death at freedoms door step, prior to the Civil War. The present administrative proceedings must stand against you. That is their legal defensive-offensive position. They have no choice in the matter. No recourse there.

It seems therefore to come down to natural food chain contest, which is the allowance of odds against oneself. This is a trap. The party that does not enter contest and allow odds against itself will prevail.

This is a thin line to walk. Most will just enter contest and succumb to odds.

There are ways to avoid contest but the population at large has been conditioned against these ways. Not so the wolf.
