Who are they?

Where are they from?

Is their entry into American reality lawful (American law)?

What is their provable intention?

Do they intend to enter onto the property (into the life) of another (others) with intent to damage (make unauthorized changes)? This is criminal trespass.

Do they intend to abide by the laws of America?

Will they respect the rights of each and every legitimate American?

Who are their off planet or other reality affiliations?

What do they hope to gain from "intervention"?

What will be the cost of intervention if allowed or accepted?
