I remember in my Country
the Natives in Quebec shut the highway down
because a highway got built on their treaty land
totally territorial

so every time they tell you not territorial
all runs their prostitution ringings, drugs,

I sense an underground economy
and then I sense another underground economy
the pie is no longer being split in two
it is being split in 3 with a percentage of those
3 dealing with keeping their territory
all have a different level of corruption
all claim, they can do a better job than the other
