Sounds delicious... !! I love to eat breakfast for dinner now and then.. I'd hire you to cook for me anytime!!
Long ago, when my friend was in the Navy, a group of us went to New Orleans for Mardi Gras.. What a wild place.. She had booths, on the sidewalks reserved for us, and we could reach out and touch the floats.. We even wound up on a 'Live From New Orleans, it's Saturday Night' Skit.. !! We wound up at O'Briens and ordered the famous Hurricane drinks.. Not such a good idea.. Talk about a hangover. I still have the hurricane glasses.. :-)

: English muffins nuked with Romano cheese for 30 seconds,
: topped with poached eggs, dill, capers and Alfredo sauce
: since I couldn't find any Hollandaise sauce, but it didn't
: matter. It was awesome.
: Garlic bread via a Trader Joe's Italian loaf where I cut slits
: into it and put some good size pieces of garlic in, added
: garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, Trader Joe's 21
: Season Salute, a little extra sage, Trader Joe's garlic
: olive oil, tomato slices on top, and nuke for 2 minutes. I
: like butter on mine, too. I forgot the Romano cheese slices
: on top this time, but hey! Next time, since there's quite a
: bit of bread left.
: Good luck findin' anything like that in a restaurant.
