Thank you for taking your time to create an "explanation for the masses". Just to be clear, I do not know nor discuss things with Dutchsinse. The reason I added "and all that it entails" to my congratulatory note, is that it entails proving his theory to the masses - including you! I am not a physics guru, but I could see some things that didn't even make sense to me. But then did they not make sense because they truly didn't or because I didn't understand or remember the concept. My ONE semester of physics was many years ago. I realize that physics "blunders" get your hackles up. However, I think you are being exceedingly generous if you think many people, in the general population - who do not work with physics - remember more than a tiny shred of their studies. Moving on....

I really like your droll and to-the-point analogies - " If someone tries to charge you for 5 lb*square feet of their work time, you would have a good reason to call the guys with straitjacket." I don't recall ever getting any chuckles from anything relating to physics! In all sincerity, perhaps you could write a physics primer, for the masses, that contains droll and dry humorous "It is Like" examples/analogies similar to the ones in your response - or not. I truly am interested in your comments on Part 2. Perchance you may turn me into a physics buff yet!! LOL
