Viktor Bout is not good or bad, as men go. He is an opportunist. He would deal with anyone. He had no ax to grind, no political obligations and held no moral judgements against those he dealt with.

All of Victor's customers were corrupt and wicked. That includes the United States whom he did a lot of work for in Afghanistan.

Viktor Bout is currently being used, with great effect, to further lower the IQ of the American public at large.

Viktor Bout COULD NOT EXIST if not for governments, banks, corporations and most of all the peoples of all countries who have allowed these entities to exist without chains.

Viktor Bout exists because WE allow him to exist. WE are the arms dealers that we despise.

That is a rock solid fact.

We condemn our representative government for destroying others with our own volunteer armed forces and then we honor the volunteer forces who destroyed others in our name. We create opportunity for Viktor Bout and then we hate him.

One must wonder just how Americans can actually be this goddamned stupid and still get food plate to mouth?
