Blocking the sun does cool the planet. All of the cloud cover on Venus locked the solar heat out and now that planet is frozen solid! Seriously though, the Earth electromagnetic field is failing. They have to do something to block dangerous solar radiation. Since they have lied and hidden the truth instead of facts and preparation they might rightly be concerned about ...public dismay. Bad place to be. They need to collapse things enough that dismay can't get out of hand.
On another note, manifesting something into existence is sorcery (sourcing). Managing that thing is magic. These two operate below material whereas technology is material and is vastly inferior to spiritual. Sorcery and magic trump tech and are the only things that can prevail against tech.
But tech will prevail. All faiths and religions have been gutted and the spiritual rights of sourcing and magic stolen away. And to seal their own destruction the faithful and the religious pray with all of their hearts and hold fast that the use of their rightful inheritance be withheld from all and forever because they secretly fear themselves. They would prefer that everything fall rather than face their personal demons or responsibilities. Their devils have won.
If you intend to manifest anything into reality do not let the faithful or the religious see. The superstitious are your worst enemies. They have no mercy.
The definition of righteousness is the ability to cleanse one's self of false charges. It's an indication of spiritual adulthood. If someone or some god does it for you that's just having your diaper changed.
