I don't think IQ is racial, but cultural. I have known some absolutely brilliant blacks from my school days (Mostly in North Carolina), FROM AFRICA, and I've worked with some, with 2 of them being awesome systems analysts in my computer operations days. Is education stressed? Do parents pay attention and care to promote (programme) the right priorities into the sprog? There are tons of super intelligent blacks on youtube (Candace Owens is one.), and I've worked with over the top Vietnamese, and and Burmese, and Latinos, and Afghans, and Hell knows what else.

The ghetto mentality that working to be self-sufficient is a honky-gringo-cracker thang has got to go. Thank the gubment fer dat with how their welfare policies make it so hard to get out. And the politicians are even stupider than the ghetto dwellers who don't want to get out. They're equally parasitic.

Also, why give an education based IQ test to someone who's never gone to school or only went for a handful of years, if that?
