There is a darkness swirling up out of the steam grates of urban dystopia, and... it is riding The Midnight Jet Streams... in every place where The Sun has gone round the curve. That swirling darkness has fragmented into thousands of little black tornadoes that are engines of compressed anger... looking to get unbottled just as soon as the wrong person gives the right person a dirty look. One thing leads to this and leads to that, and it's another Sarajevo Serenade, as soon as it touches enough people... so that you can't track the event back... to whoever was initially responsible.
