I do not think there has ever been an election without some fraud.
Elections are tyrannical by their very nature. It is the tyranny of the majority over the minority. The losers in an election have no say any longer. A better system would be a representative selected by proxy. There are no losers in this process when you participate and the proxy system has little to no fraud because the representative can show written proof of who they represent.
If a representative actions are no longer in the best interests of his/her constituency, you can withdraw your proxy and give it to some one else immediately. I actually prefer no government. I do not need to be governed. Government means to control the mind. Governments manipulate the people for the interests of the government itself or the people who control those in government.
