"Hey everyone, so my last film got what felt like an evenly mixed review of either, 'Brilliant! I see what you mean…' or 'WTAF kind of bad acid trip did you go on over the Christmas break, Mel? Are you sure you're okay?' As my son would say to acknowledge everyone respectfully, 'That's fair.' But this is important enough that I decided to make a follow up to explain the time capsule film '2025: Living in a Dream World' to explain why I made that and why I feel like it matters so much. As dream time spills over into what many think of as 'real time,' the ways society has relied upon to construct reality, already devoid of trust and tottering on disintegration, have been obliterated now. It's 2026. Welcome to the Singularity.
