If you get some rejection error/code/notice, that could be part of the deception (to get you to 'go away/not access the account. Look at it this way...why would an account (WITH YOUR FULL NAME exist...for anyone else but you, the true owner)? Who would set up such a thing, and for what purpose, whose benefit?
