I came across this article yesterday, written by David Craig, on May 24th, 2018,and I'm not quite sure what to make of it, but it doesn't look good for Europe, even if they've said that they've okayed Brexit. I am surprised that in more than a month, so little has been written or discussed about it. There is a video about Hungary refusing to sign the Marrakesh Declaration.
The article begins:
