Something about RobertS's post about Fomenko's work (whose first of seven Chronologies, History: Science or Fiction I have, but have not had the quality of vision to read much of yet), combined with a question I read in some blog or other about the order of the planets' entries into our solar system. This reminded me of Velikovsy's work (see link below). NASA apparently learned that Velikovsky's extremely high prediction of Venus's temperature based on his theory events was surprisingly more accurate than their own. I honestly don't remember the details and almost all my books are in boxes, but there's no mention of that fact on Velikovsky's Wikipedia page. I don't know if I'll ever make it as far in Fomenko's work to learn if the entrance of Venus comes up, but NASA apparently learned that Velikovsky's extremely high prediction of Venus's temperature based on his theory events was surprisingly more accurate than their own. If Velikovsky's theory is correct, this might be what was described in the Kolbrin, if it's not another fake history.
There are more and more videos showing evidence of the deception described in Fomenko's work and an increasing number of others. I find it interesting now that in high school there was a loophole one year whereby I could choose not to take the usual standard history course. I seemed to have a gut reaction to the whole idea, but I was interested in archaeology and had already begun my search for what I called the Original Truth - Real Truth, as opposed to Fake. As Vis might put it ... what a lot of Smoke and Mirrors in all the Towers of Babylon!
