... and lakes too, Lynda? There's an empty lot next to me!
You'll laugh but it was a psych prof from Michigan who learned me on Lennie Gallant. I realized that it was a pattern with him to woo Canadians by getting into the local music, but I'll always appreciate hearing this song. Gordon Lightfoot is another real musician. I feel like we're moving into hippy land with my thoughts of Valdy, and another that I can't quite remember yet. I haven't listened to much music for a long time because of my hearing etc. damage ... which is slowly coming back. I have to slowly reconnect with so much. It's rather strange at times.
I'd never seen the video before; it was a real treat to see how much fun they and all their supporting actors had making that video!
When I'd be visiting someone, they'd often ask me what music I'd like to hear (remember those days?). I'd always ask them to play me something they'd like to hear so that I could hear something new. You've got me thinking about a lot of other music now.
You know, there really are a lot of musical people posting at RMN. Hmmm ... it's got me wondering ... like Morgan!
