Perhaps spirits are pouring into this dimension because time is growing short here and they need to graduate to the next level or be left behind in the spirit worlds to do it all over again. Or it could be more spiritually enlightened ones coming here to hold us by the hand and drag us through school.. :-)

Maybe they are coming down to give the earth/nature energy to do what she needs to do..

Yet another opinion has us being nothing more then energy 'food' for the parasites and they are masters at wiping our soul memory clean between incarnations..
