As long as they respect my nosculenity. Even though, being of a member of The Holey Order of the Septum (THOOTS); and having no gender in English speaking countries, since noses have no assigned gender there; and one identifies as a nose and lives for the nose after one joins, I have decided having a gender is a definite handicap. It's one HELL of a lot less cost effective to have a gender from what I see. People seem to spend a lot to prove they're good at having a gender, and the ideal nose just is; and doesn't play a bunch of poser games.
