Hi Cath...

I'm so sorry for your loss or rather losses. It does seem like some years rack up more loved one's passing on than others. When you see them struggling, in their 90's, it's not difficult to be somewhat pleased that they are 'reborn' into a world that doesn't struggle as much as this one. We'll miss them..

I used to think that birth and death were the same thing. You die in one dimension and are reborn in another. That the physical act of birthing makes you alive, like a butterfly in a chrysalis pushing into this world or the next. Are we a little like Dr Who? Do we change faces/bodies/personalities in our next incarnation? Do we have some remembrance of the oversoul that lives on within us. The eternal part that plays different roles on different planets, in different times, in different galaxies?? So many questions :-)

There was a year, some time ago, that the losses were staggering. Over the course of just a few months; I lost one grandmother, then another grandmother, my brother Barry drowned in the Meremac River, my niece and nephew (just toddlers and with me every day) were killed in a house fire at my mothers home, I filed for divorce (long time coming) and my best friend Rob came over, told me a dire secret then went home and blew his brains out... I carried that secret for a long time... Did I mention that I was pregnant as well??

: one reached 100 last August the 8th
: and one 95 that I got to see both before they passed
: my dad's sister I saw shortly before she passed at 91
: and now my uncle her husband passing at 91
: and know they all lived long and loved life
: I'm not sad I'm lucky to have known their love and knowledge

: it would be a shame for that knowledge to disappear
: for I have always asked questions

: I know they are up there cheering me on
: only sending love and well wishes
: because once you go there
: that is all you can do is wish well and see no wrong
