Obviously, if you had thought just a wee bit longer, you would have realized that stop and check is only workable in those instances where illegal presence is probably the case. However, if you see something that seems to be under the radar, then be responsible, report it and collect your money. In doing so you take a load off of law enforcement and you help keep the cost of law enforcement down.

Apart from that the options are employment checks, benefit checks, legitimate traffic stops, banking checks, utility and rent checks and on and on we go. None of this requires Gestapo tactics.

As far as a foreign national carrying arms on U.S. soil, that's a double criminal offense. Could be easily construed as an active armed invasion.

And why would you narrow the illegal candidates to Hispanics when there are invaders from all races in the country? That doesn't make any sense.

Bounty "hunting" was not stated or implied. A bounty on criminals captured by law enforcement upon being reported was stated. The only hunting stated was American sportsmen bagging top of the line cartel predators, for sport, like the cartels kill for sport.
