Atlantis is fairly easy to locate if one is willing to look at the evidence without color or presumption, or prejudice.

The lore is that Atlantis was situated in or related to an ocean on this planet. This is both true and false. The relationship to an ocean is true. That the ocean is of this planet is false.

The first evidence is the hypothesis of the expanding Earth, which makes perfect sense in light of what is coming to be known in the field of plasma physics and the discoveries of the electrical nature of the known universe.

An expanding Earth would at some point, irregardless of original water coverage, become a dry planetary land mass with lakes and rivers constituting an tiny percentage of total surface area. In essence the planet would be a single Planetary Continent of dry land in an interstellar sea, not subject to or even in need of Maritime Law, planetary or interstellar.

The structures and anomalies on currently submerged continental shelves and even deep ocean floors imply a large volume of water added after the fact. It would appear that there are limits to how much water can be added to the planet at any one time without submerging the entire face of the planet in ice flows many miles deep at temperatures in excess of three-hundred degrees Fahrenheit below zero. It must be done incrementally over many thousands of years.

The net effect is that the surface of the Earth has ceased to be single Planetary Continent of dry land under it's own jurisdiction and has become an archipelago, a group of geologically related islands, in a planetary sea comprising seventy percent of the surface of the planet. As such the islands have no legal recourse to protective Planetary Continental jurisdiction. They are subject to interstellar maritime or corporate acquisition or to occupation by pirates.

When you add to this scenario the evidence that the orbit of the planet was changed from a three-hundred sixty day year to a three-hundred sixty five day year on or about seven-hundred B.C. the problem of lack of protective Planetary Continental jurisdiction becomes compounded as time is the basis of all contracts and jurisdictions. When time is abruptly changed then all contracts and jurisdictions based on that accepted time become null and void. In addition to the surface of the Continental Planet of Atlantis becoming an archipelago, the planet itself, in terms of ungoverned deviation from previously established legal course, has become a derelict vessel in the Solar Atlantic Sea, which joins the larger Interstellar Ocean, under laws of salvage.

Atlantis can never be found because it has not been lost. It has been renamed under alleged new owner(of)ship.

The idea that Atlantis was submerged in a day and a night is not a difficult thing to reckon, in two parts, if one considers days, as used in the Hebrew bible, to be ages or epochs used to describe the re-creation of the planet after it became jurisdictionally dysfunctional.

As concerns the Continental Planet of Atlantis, a day would be a long period of additions of water to the planet until sufficient area of water is achieved to legally establish archipelago standing. Follows then the swift night of the coup where authority is wrested under color of law from what seems to be a legitimate republican form of government. Coup implies darkness and a sudden, violent, and illegal seizure of power from a government and not something that takes ages.

There is nothing in the lore of Atlantis that says that a night and a day must be literally a night and a day, but if they are marketed as being literal no-one will ever think to look under his feet for the larger truth.

The one and only significance of Atlantis is that it might provide withstanding to the iron grasp of the Interstellar Admiralty Maritime Law that rules this planet if recourse to the Planetary Continental Law of Atlantis can be discovered by evidence demonstrating illegal/unlawful action against a sovereign Atlantis.

I had thought that there was no recourse to be be found on the planet, but I may have been wrong about that. I hope so. This I must leave to the scholars with their huge intellectual capacities for assimilating and sorting data, if they are willing.

With the possible exception of pure Hebrew, we might all have some lawful standing degree of Atlantean heritage.
