Amazon, in the US, gives us a tracking number and in some cases it literally tells you that your package is 4 or 5 stops away.

While I rarely use it, I needed something ASAP and Amazon gave it with free shipping.. It had been a long day and I wanted to know when it was going to be delivered, so I could go out in my back yard. When I pulled it up, it showed that the truck was 3 blocks away and 4 stops away.. I had a good laugh. Never before have we had such detailed delivery prompts.. The van was GPS equiped and each time he scanned a delivery it updated..
