I expect it's that way in big cities, but it's a bit clunkier out here. The tech is quite amazing though, isn't it? At the same time, I prefer a slower more human process. There are very few things that we would order in a real emergency. Then again, if I were ever in your kind of busy shopping season like now, I might well have a different opinion. :-)
