I am familiar with the various worlds in collision/war in heaven/electric universe theories~facts. Of course I don’t have definitive answers to your questions - I doubt anyone does and, if they did, they probably wouldn’t say - to be a bit Zen about it. Velikovsky posited that Venus is a relatively recent addition to our solar system, and a number of facts and artifacts suggest that this might well be true. That we see Venus as one of the astrologically influential planets in our solar system, logically suggests that some adjustments have been made by someone since then. I think it's also important to remember that astrology was the foundation for astronomy, and not the reverse.

There is evidence that we had a 13th month calendar in the past, which included Ophiuchus. I am more curious about the significance of the disappearance of this month and astrological constellation in our calendar which, in my opinion, is self-evidently a more natural system.

It seems that your concern is that those who pay any attention to "astrology, tarot, and other forms of predictive divination are," according to you, allowing themselves to be governed in some way by those "who can reset time" whoever they might be. You might want to look into Tartaria discussions.

Wise beings often say that it might be a good idea for us to think for ourselves. While we also know that the basis of all science, and much learning, is the recognition of pattern. Are there those who allow any narrative to rule their lives? Are there those who never think for themselves? I try to think for myself and, if I didn't, I probably would not still be here today. At the same time, we are becoming increasingly aware of how some usually choose to time their significant choices and events with astrological or other divinatory methods. In the end, I think it’s called freedom of choice.

I posted Robert’s astrology predictions 2020 only because Douglas had mentioned some of it towards the end of the video that this post was linked to. I thought others might be curious, and I’ve found it’s often interesting to hear the ideas of those who have given something a fair amount of study and thought. If it’s not your cup of tea - that’s fine with me! :-)
