A few years back I emailed clif to ask if his predictive thing had produced any evidence of interstellar banking related to Earth banking. He said no and that it was a silly idea. In this video he expresses conviction that coming interstellar trade is inevitable. Evidence would suggest that such trade, in commodities from this planet, has been occurring for thousands of years. Evidence would further suggest that banking and monetization was instituted on this planet by those who came from the heavens (the deep (interstellar sea)) to the Earth.

He goes on about galactic empire and how it would take hundreds or even thousands of years for interstellar trade to be established between empire and Earth because of great distances to be sailed. Any with whom we could trade would have to experience time at or very nearly at the rate that we do else no communication would be possible. It is unlikely that beings who are temporally similar to us could conduct successful trade or build empire on long travel times. Timeless or nearly timeless travel would be necessary. This is not discussed in the video. Ten thousand light years one way at the speed of light is still twenty thousand years relative to market.

Also, alien life in this video is considered in the context of embodiment similar to our own. Evidence would suggest that temporal ex-is-tense can be embodied in any number of ways with the possibility that some minds may not be embodied at all.

: Plasma being alive might be more easily explained as living
: designs embodied in plasma just as some are embodied in

: earth, water and air. Flameless fire, light, hot fire,
: shadows, etc. provide other embodiments. Some living
: designs may be larger than galactic and some smaller than
: atoms, and some may not be definable in terms of size or

: Mind (not physical consciousness) seems to be apart from ALL,
