Cath.. where was this?? On RMN or on CGI Or another web page??? Where were you when it popped up?

So Sorry.. There is a malware that is making the rounds and it pops up at random times.. You May have to redo your entire computer. When you gave them control they could have planted a virus or more on your PC. Changing passwords won't do any good if they have a keystroke logger..

My Mother had that happen to her, recently.. When she called the number the people were Asian... Still, she thought it was a call center and gave them money through Western Union.. In her case it was $39.99 .. However, they did ask to connect to her computer and they placed a keylogger on her PC.. My son had to wipe her hard drive and reformat it all.. My son found the keystroke logger in the bio files..

She thinks she picked it up on Facebook from one of the games or the 'trivia' questions...
