This thought came upon me a few minutes ago, I was contemplating on the election, on the speech given, the knowledge I and many if not all among you know, is the destruction wrought by the foundations and NGOs in Haiti.

Could this have not been one place, one spot if we had stood that it would have made a difference at the time? Was it just that the breaking point hadn't been reached? Would we have reached that breaking point? Or would we have continued down the path of acquiescence? It is now irrelevant.

So how do we assuage that guilt? Throw money at it!!

Let's Rebuild Haiti!

But... I'm serious.

We see movement in Washington. What if the people declared their project?

Number 1. Haiti.

Our penance for not speaking up. I count myself among the silent. Can we say we were blind a year later?

We GoFund a dog on the street corner, why not Haiti? I feel it is our moral obligation as citizens of our republic to honor the intent of the Monroe Doctrine, that we as a people accept the responsibility of the welfare of our neighbors, and that by doing so we ensure our own welfare.

The task of terraforming Haiti is monumental, the people have to leave. It is an ecological wasteland. The boat people will become a nation. That's the only way to rebuild the land, put the people on boats and barges, a wayfarer nation. The island itself to become a garden. A floating nation rising from destruction.

What better way for the American people to show their intent than by putting forth such an effort?

I hereby put forth this proclamation to be considered by all.

To create and establish The People's Trust Fund of the Republic of The United States of America.

To boldly go where no peoples have gone before.
