(Note; the video starts where the general describes the damage the US has done in Syria.)
Here is an update on what is going on: Trump has US forces destroying infrastructure of Syria as ISIS has already fled, or surrendered and thrown down their arms. The only possible reason for the destruction of Syrian infrastructure is to weaken the Assad administration. Several bridges have been blown up and a dam was damaged by US fighter jets among other extensive bombing and shelling in various locations. In addition, the US forces are teamed up with the opposition rebels called the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), and the Kurds(YPG) that are working towards the overthrow of legally elected president Assad - and are formulating plans to partition a huge track of land in Northern Syria to become "Kurdistan". It is obvious that US policy in Syria is to weaken Assad and carve up the Syrian nation like a conqueror. This is the opposite of what Russia and the Syrian army have been doing the past few years. Russia has worked to defend and protect Syria from ISIS, not destroy it.
Turkey has announced their military operations in Syria are over and have started the process of returning back across the border. The siege of Mosul, Iraq has claimed over 230 civilian lives in one bombing by US fighter jets. It is reported that over 250,000 people have already fled Mosul and there are still thousands trapped and can't get out because ISIS is using them as human shields. One group of civilians said they tried to move away from the bombings but where ever they went they were bombed again by the US.
The next big concern is the announcement by the US government to go after any and all Iranian forces in Syria. Hezbollah have been working with the Syrian government for years to fight against ISIS and has been a staunch ally of Syria. That organization was reported to be founded by Iranians, which Israel is at war with along with the Iranian government. If US forces attack Hezbollah and other Iranian forces inside Syria it could lead to a larger conflict with the state of Iran - which some researchers are suggesting that this was the US and Israel's intention all a long.
