Dr Catherine Frompovich writes some excellent articles on vaccines, nanoparticles and the upcoming 5G tech.. In one of her articles I read about voice to Skull tech (some years back)

She claimed that voice to Skull tech can be used without the intended target's knowledge. I do believe that person she sited was Dr. Begich. In his book, Angels Don’t Play This HAARP.. Begich went to the EU and told them of this tech. That when the brain reaches the 2.5Hz, it is vulnerable to implantation of ideas and suggestions for behavioral modification.... Before that, they'll feel very tired and sleepy. The law enforcement and wartime applications are readily apparent. They'll fall asleep and be easily overtaken. They can also embed this in a CD, DVD or radio waves..

There is so much info out there on how they can use this to manipulate thoughts, buying patterns, illnesses (with nanoparticles already in the body- From Chemtrails??) and emotions...
