Possession, of something, seems to be inadequately understood.

Possession is not some fraction or percent or other portion of law. Possession is the law.

Possession means that a thing cannot be taken from you. If a law or legality can take it then you do not actually posses it. The same applies concerning force, deceit or any other means whereby a thing can be taken from you.

If you actually possess something then laws, legalities, force, deceptions and all else that would or could separate you from that thing are meaningless. It does not matter how you came to posses a thing; if you can keep it, nothing withstanding, then it is yours.

Possession is the raw, bloody, brutal bottom line that underlies all of existence. It is the savage growling “MINE!!!” with absolutely no regard for any artifice, sophistry or other gilding that high minded civilization uses to soften reality in pretense of keeping it's hands clean.

Possession is a death threat and a willingness to deal death should hand be extended towards a thing you posses. Anything less is to answer compliance to commands of master and owner of that thing you would posses.

Possession is after the fact of purchase. Purchase is to get something by some means. When moral transaction is not possible then immoral action is recourse. Possession is right, loss is wrong. When the game reaches this level there are no civilized standards.

I f you have lost something and you wish it back you have to make purchase.

If you have lost a planet and you wish it back you have to make purchase.

: Let us presume, for a moment, that the four elements of
: superstition, creatures of earth, water and air and man
: (Jann)are actually four domains of intelligence that were
: here before man (us).

: Let us further presume that man is a composite of all four of
: these domains and should reasonably be possessed of all or
: some of the authorities, abilities and powers of these four
: domains by reason of inheritance. Man might reasonably
: considered to be a fifth element or domain and a unifying
: factor instead of a factor destructive of the other four.

: The Jann can manage material and time and circumstances. Add
: this to whatever the other three domains can do and it
: becomes quite reasonable to presume that man can overcome
: the four challenges listed below, especially if man can
: work with the four domains instead of against the four.

: If the confusion of communication (Babel) can be undone then
: the lawful inhabitants of Earth just might get their planet
: back.

: The potential to do so does exist.
